What is the GIC and do I lose that money?
A Guaranteed Investment Certificate is a deposit of roughly CAD 20,635 held with a Canadian bank as proof of living funds. It is not a fee - it is returned to you in instalments after you arrive in Canada. Anyone describing it as a payment to an agency is deceiving you.
Can you get me a Canadian work visa?
No, and we say so plainly. Employer-sponsored work permits require an LMIA that the Canadian employer must obtain, and general labour recruitment from Bangladesh essentially does not happen through agencies. Guaranteed Canada work visa offers are among the most damaging frauds in this market.
Why are Bangladeshi student visas refused?
Most commonly: funds that appeared in the account recently without an explainable source, a study plan inconsistent with previous education, or a weak statement of purpose. Grades are rarely the deciding factor.
Can my spouse come with me?
Rules for spousal open work permits have tightened and now depend on your programme level and field. Verify the current policy before making plans - this is an area where the rules have changed several times recently.
Check all employer documents and agency licence before payment. Never send money to a personal mobile wallet number.
