1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry or application submitted through it. They apply alongside the individual service agreement signed before processing begins.

2. Our licence and role

Waleed Al Zohair Overseas Limited operates under BMET recruiting licence RL-1367. We do not act as an employer, immigration lawyer or government agency.

3. No guarantee of visa or employment

Visa decisions are made by destination authorities and employment decisions are made by employers. Typical processing times, salaries and approval rates are indicative, not guarantees.

4. Information must be true

• Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
• Disclose previous visa refusal, deportation or immigration ban.
• Forged or altered documents may terminate service without refund and may be reported.
• Tell us promptly if your circumstances change.

5. Fees, payments and receipts

• All fees should be set out in a written itemised quotation before payment.
• Payments are collected in stages and receipted in the applicant name.
• We do not accept payment to personal mobile wallet numbers.
• Third-party costs are payable by the applicant unless the quotation states otherwise.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Third-party costs already paid are usually not refundable. Service charge refund rules must match the signed agreement. Cancellation should be requested in writing with the reference number.

7. Website content

Job circulars, cost ranges and country information are provided for guidance and may change without notice. Nothing on the website is a binding offer of employment.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
