How do I verify that your licence is genuine?
Our recruiting licence number is RL-1367, issued by BMET. You can verify the number before paying anything, or visit our office to see the original certificate.
Why do you not publish a scan of your licence online?
High-resolution scans are often copied by fraudulent agencies. We show the original at our office and help clients verify the licence directly.
How do I know an employer is real?
A real work file should have verifiable employer documents, demand letter and contract. Ask to see them before payment.
Cost & Payment
What is the total cost of a Gulf work visa?
It depends on country, employer and trade. You should receive an itemised written quotation before payment.
Do I have to pay everything at once?
Payment should be staged against milestones such as documentation, visa processing and ticketing. Each stage must be receipted.
Can I pay by bKash or Nagad?
Only to an official company channel with receipt. Never send money to a personal number without office verification.
What happens if the visa is refused?
Third-party fees are usually not refundable. Service fee policy should be written in the service agreement before you sign.

How long does processing take?
Gulf work visas often take 30-60 days, European work permits can take 90-180 days, and student visas vary by country and intake.
Can I apply if I have no passport yet?
Yes. Start with assessment, then prepare passport and required documents in the right order.
Can I track my application?
Yes. A proper agency should update you at document verification, medical, submission, decision, ticketing and departure stages.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No honest agency can guarantee a visa. The correct promise is a complete file and honest advice before you spend money.
Documents & Eligibility
What if I have no work experience?
Helper and general labour categories may accept no experience. Skilled positions need documented experience or trade certificate.
Is there an age limit?
Most Gulf work routes are strongest between 21 and 45, but limits vary by trade and country.
What happens to my documents after processing?
Original documents should be returned. Digital copies should be restricted and retained only as required for the file.
After Departure
What if my employer does not pay as promised?
Contact the agency first with your contract and salary records. Labour wing and destination labour ministry routes may also apply.
Can I bring my family later?
In many countries yes, if you hold valid residence, meet salary threshold and have attested family documents.
