Frequently Asked Questions
Can you guarantee a US visa?
Absolutely not. The decision is made by a consular officer in a short interview, and no agency anywhere has influence over it. What we can do is make sure your documentation is complete and prepare you properly for the interview.
Why are so many Bangladeshi applicants refused?
Under section 214(b) - failure to demonstrate sufficiently strong ties to Bangladesh. Employment, property, family responsibilities and previous travel history all help. Vague answers about your plans hurt more than anything else.
Can you get me a US work visa?
No. H-1B and similar categories require a US employer to petition on your behalf, with lottery selection for H-1B. There is no agency route, and anyone offering one is committing fraud.
How long is the interview appointment wait?
It varies considerably with demand at the Dhaka embassy - sometimes weeks, sometimes many months. Apply as early as possible, particularly for a September intake.
Check all employer documents and agency licence before payment. Never send money to a personal mobile wallet number.
